I don’t have anything particular. I just taught myself by playing songs that I liked using chordie.com and practicing for hours by myself until I could memorize how to play different chords. If you are playing a particular song - I would just keep practicing the chords until your hands get the hang of how to position themselves. [download a chord chart] Hope this helps.
